Fylicia Renee’ King, (The consummate Entrepreneur-Writer-Actor-Inspirational Speaker-Playwright-Author and Fitness Advocate for WomenOver40) was raised in Omaha, Ne. While her upbringing seemed normal at the time; it was anything but. She likes to joke that she survived her childhood. This childhood inspired her International NAACP-Nominated autobiographical 1-Woman stage show, titled ‘Momma Was A BAD Mutha-Shut Yo Mouth!’

Fylicia left Nebraska directly after completing high school. She didn’t know what the World had to offer; yet she was on a pilgrimage to find out. This journey has taken her from Omaha, Ne, Denver, Co to Houston, Tx, LA, Orlando, Fl and currently residing in Baltimore, Md

While she doesn’t feel like she’s arrived; she’s certainly enjoyed the ride and has grown mentally-spiritually and physically amidst the challenges and uncertainty that can come with living life on your own terms. She attributes her drive and determination as an entrepreneur to her desire to be FREE, to use her talents, her passion and her story to be of service to those in need and to empower women over the age of 40 to live their best life. She does this by using fitness as the vehicle.
