Lil Dubble U, formally known as William Rouse III, is a 17 year old Haitian – American Rapper/Songwriter Hailing Out Of Midway, Florida. He Began Creating Music As Early As 6 Years Of Age, Experimenting With Fruity Loops & Eventually He Transferred His Talents To Rapping. After Creating A SoundCloud Account In 2014, He Began Uploading Songs Under The Now Infamous Monicker “Lil Dubble U.” With Time He Was Able To Garner 1,000 Plays Which Drove Him To Take His Music Career Seriously.
