Larisa Arnold
Larisa Arnold, born and raised in Minneapolis, MN, started her modeling career to combat her self-esteem and self-confidence challenges, tap into her creative outlet and become a living example for her sisters and other younger women of color in that they can be and design the best version of themselves. At the start of Larisa’s model career, she began modeling in local runway shows, collaborated with videographers and photographers to produce editorial, commercial and lifestyle work, and she eventually signed with three model and talent agencies in Minneapolis. Throughout her journey, she fell in love with wellness; she’s an advocate of self growth and development and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) which led her to working as a full-time DEI and Wellbeing Specialist for a non-profit organization. She hopes to continue embedding her knowledge and skills in this field within her modeling career—developing meaningful projects that showcases the importance of self love and representation of black beauty. Her long-term goal is to create comfortable spaces for models in the industry across the country through her personal modeling experiences, DEI and wellbeing platforms.
